To help decrease the spread of CORONAVIRUS (Known as Covid-19) We are requiring all clients to answer the below QUESTIONNAIRE that goes through a series of questions based on your interactions. While capturing your special moments are extremely important to us, Covid-19 has reshaped how we do BUSINESS and our desire is to continue to service each of our clients to the best of our abilities.
Before we can schedule or reschedule any bookings all of our clients(and parties involved) must answer the below QUESTIONNAIRE. Please answer the questions honestly for the safety of the Dlores Media Group team.
Furthermore please understand that all Deposits will remain non-refundable however we are granting an additional 60 day EXTENSION on rescheduling all photo shoots. For all events if your event is unable to be rescheduled according to our current schedule we are offering to apply the non-refundable deposit to a future shoot.
Dlores Media Group holds the right to decision how we proceed for all events that were booked prior to/or during Covid-19 for the safety of our team while understanding contractual agreements still stand.
